I tell stories that feel like memory.
Stories that remind us that
Visibility isn’t something we earn —
It’s something we return to.

THE PATH THAT SHAPED THE WORK

HARVARD COLLEGE GRADUATE

Jen’s years at Harvard widened her sense of possibility and sharpened how she thinks, questions, and leads. It was where she discovered the discipline of inquiry — how to ask better questions, sit with uncertainty, and follow curiosity instead of rushing toward answers. That way of being continues to guide her work in film, shaping how she listens, sees, and creates.

EDUCATIONAL LEADER

Before becoming an entrepreneur, Jen spent 15 years as a teacher and administrator across public, private, and charter schools. Her final role—Senior Director of Programming for a NYC initiative supporting 250 schools a year—taught her how communities grow, how leaders rise, and how transformation happens at scale. Those lessons continue to anchor her work with women and organizations today.

WORLD RECORD HOLDER

On September 8, 2023, in honor of Ruby Bridges’ birthday, Jen assembled 3,527 Black women to set a World First Record for “The Most Photos of Black Women With a Graduation Certificate Uploaded to Social Media in 24 Hours.” The movement generated 1.43 million social impacts and became a cultural moment of visibility, pride, and collective power. It marked the beginning of Jen’s work creating platforms where Black women are witnessed, celebrated, and recorded on their own terms.

FILMMAKER

Jen’s films capture the turning point when women stop performing who they’ve been and start remembering who they are. She told the story of the Black Women World Record in This Is How We Win and is an executive producer of After The Second Martini. Each project expands visibility, opens doors, and builds momentum toward greater influence and financial opportunity.

WITNESSED

“You gave me the courage to tell the whole truth — not the polished version, but the human one.”

“This process helped me see that I can’t keep hanging out in fear. I’m living a regret-free life.”

“This isn’t just a project — it’s my legacy. It’s the story that will change other women’s lives.”

“Jen helped me see that my voice is visibility. When I share, other women see themselves too.”

“This project never would have happened without you. It just wouldn’t have.”
